Flexible and Durable
TPU 90A provides a Shore hardness of 90A, making it strong yet flexible—ideal for shoe soles, RC tires, and other functional parts. Its high wear and impact resistance ensure long-lasting performance.
Multi-Material Printing
This filament works well with PLA and PETG in dual-extrusion setups, allowing for innovative prints that combine rigid and flexible elements.
Color and Aesthetics
Available in both standard colors and unique gradient options like Blaze and Frozen, TPU 90A enables eye-catching designs with smooth transitions across prints.
Printing Recommendations
Due to its moisture absorption, drying is recommended before printing (70°C for 8 hours or 90°C for 16 hours on a heated bed). Printing speeds should stay under 80 mm/s, and a hardened steel or stainless steel nozzle is advised to prevent wear.
Compatibility Notes
TPU 90A should be fed directly into the extruder, avoiding PTFE tubes. It works best with Smooth or Textured PEI build plates. For optimal performance, disable Flow Dynamics Calibration when printing.
