This combination ensures that printed models can endure bending and impact without cracking. Its unique formulation makes it particularly suitable for applications that require both resilience and flexibility.

Precision and Low Shrinkage

With a molding shrinkage rate of 5.1-6.2%, this resin minimizes deformation during curing, resulting in high-precision prints with smooth surfaces. It provides reliable dimensional accuracy, making it an excellent choice for technical and detailed prints where stability is crucial.

Compatibility and Ease of Use

Engineered for UV wavelengths between 365-405 nm, Tough Resin Ultra is compatible with most LCD 3D printers. Its viscosity ranges from 500-900 cP at 25°C, ensuring smooth printing and easy handling. This allows for efficient printing with reduced chances of failures, even for intricate designs.

Physical and Mechanical Properties

Tough Resin Ultra maintains a balance between strength and flexibility, with a density of 1.05-1.25 g/cm³ and a hardness of 71-75 Shore D. Its flexural strength ranges from 15-25 MPa, while the flexural modulus is between 350-800 MPa. The heat deflection temperature of 50-55°C ensures stability in various environmental conditions. With a shelf life of 1.5 years, the resin remains effective when stored under proper conditions.

Recommended Printing Parameters

To achieve optimal results, following the recommended printing parameters is essential. For instance, with the Anycubic Photon Mono M5s Pro, a layer thickness of 0.05 mm, an exposure time of 3.6 seconds, and a bottom exposure time of 30 seconds are suggested. Adjustments may be necessary depending on the specific 3D printer model being used.

Formulated with environmentally friendly ingredients, Tough Resin Ultra emits minimal odor and is designed to be less irritating during handling.
