The Conch Hotend™ Plus is specifically designed to work with the Bambu Lab X1 and X1C series printers, delivering consistent performance and durability. With a flow rate of up to 35 mm³/s, it ensures efficient filament extrusion, even for complex prints.

The hotend features a silicone carbide nozzle, offering exceptional wear resistance with a Mohs hardness of 9.8. This makes it up to 7 times more durable than standard hardened steel nozzles, ideal for users who frequently work with abrasive filaments. The heatbreak is coated with EndCoat™ for added longevity, while the copper-coated heating block provides stable heat distribution, improving overall print quality.

One of its key features is the rigid kinematic coupling system, which reduces the risk of damage from impacts and lowers maintenance needs over time. This ensures a hassle-free printing experience, even during intensive use.

The Conch Hotend™ Plus supports standard filaments like PLA, ABS, PETG, and TPU, but it’s also built to handle tougher materials such as carbon fiber (CF), glass fiber (GF), steel, and wood composites.
