Designed for Heavy Materials

These deep-point blades are made for cutting through materials that are up to 2.0 mm thick. If you’re working with heavy stuff like EVA foam, shrink plastic sheets, or magnetic sheets, you’ll appreciate the 60° cutting angle, which ensures clean, precise cuts even through more challenging materials.

How to Install the Blade

• Power off the machine to make sure it's safe.
• Unscrew the blade holder to remove the old blade.
• Insert the new deep-point blade with the sharp side facing down.
• Screw the blade holder back in place to secure the new blade.
• Power on the machine and perform a test cut with some scrap material to make sure the blade is installed properly.

Care and Maintenance

To keep your blades in good condition, store unused blades in a dry place to prevent rust. Cleaning both the blade and the holder regularly can also extend their lifespan, helping you keep cutting smoothly.
